88 Studios Kensington. Funny how, in Agoda when you search, they will lead you to Mstay 88 Studio. After I have booked it, the voucher states 88 Studios.
I booked this room for 4 so that we have a chance to bond together. Also, we are in another place, I do not feel good to have my girls in another room, so decided to book this room at SGD 1298.58 for 5 nights. Not too bad deal.

And Yes. The room we receive look exactly as what was shown in Agoda (See 1st picture above). Located at the roof top, 3rd level, it is still quite noisy. The traffic tends to be quite high though this place is purely residential. You can hear the traffic noise early in the morning or in the evening.

Hotel provide the necessary kitchen amenities. Love it that they have a sink meant for washing cups. A big fridge and Nespresso coffee maker. We love this hotel. The only thing is transport is not that convenient here. However, if you can walk 20 to 25 mins to train station, it will be fine. Plus Westfield shopping centre is only 20 to 25mins walk away, at Shepherd Bush underground station.  Kensington Olympia overground is only 5 mins walk away, but we need to change to underground to explore London. So we ended having to waste some time waiting for overground train, transfer at Shepherd Bush etc. Very time consuming.

We were given the room above at the roof top. (See pic-above the tree). It face the street vertically facing Clapham Junction Overground.
